ARA process removes list of DOP processes

In N14, making the ARA Extension permanent (via Auto-Align post) removes the list of all DOPs applied to files. In contrast, N13 retains the list of DOP processes, allowing modifications. Additionally, in N13, recalculating DOP can revert the ARA Extension, even if it was made permanent. Correct it please to N13 way.

Hi, sorry to disappoint you, but that change was intentional to fix an important bug. With keeping the DOP history and allowing to re-process it, it was possible to jeopardize anything you did with ARA. The revert of ARA extension which you described is already a symptom of this bug.
Cheers Dirk

Hi. Understand. However. Clips with ARA editing are extremly slow to edit, and not plays fades correctly. Therefore also ARA edits needs some way to revert edits, even they are permanent.. Files are not destructed. They still exists on HDD. It is year 2025, and we are working on non destructive DAW.
Please add there some way to revert ARA.
