I wanted to write and mention a bug found in layer focus working in ARA in Pro Tools.
The scenario - dialog track loaded in SL > unmix noisy speech module processed > 2 layers appear under main layer > solo noise, playback > edit noise > stop playback > parent layer auto selected > again solo noise > repeat.
What I have found is that any time playback is stopped, regardless of playhead tracking mode in Pro Tools, will cause this ‘reset of layer focus behavior.’
