Are transformer and logical editor the same

I’m using Cubase artist 10.5.
Not finding much in the manual (PDF and online) about the logical editor. Only this: in the index of the PDF version, there is an entry for “logical editor”, which points me to page 773, which is the first page of a chapter called “transformers.” Nothing in the table of contents either. Weird.

I’m thinking, maybe the terminology changed at some point?

Or is this one of those things that is scaled down in the artist version?

Hi,

The Input Transformer is missing some Logical Editor options, because it runs in real time. Therefore some filters are not possible and available.
