Arrangement track - key commands not working correctly

The key commands “Go to previous step” and “Go to next step” of the Arrangement track don’t work correctly.
“Go to previous step” goes always to the first step of the arrangement chain.
“Go to next step” goes always to the last step of the arrangement chain.
