Arranger Track Simple feature request

I am not (yet) using the Arranger Track quite often but I recently stumbled over a missing feature where even Copilot gave me the hint how to get to my result.

Here is what I wanted to get:

I have a guitar song which develops up to a point where it becomes “elevator music”, means it can be played in and endless loop and is still a pleasing rhythm you can listen to for a while. My simple need was to have the main part being repeated several times, here comes Arranger track > easy, then fade out over defined repeates > here fails Arranger track > solution easy but not smart imho.
How to get to it: “render” the Arranger track and use either volume automation or whatever gives you a way to reduce volume down to zero over a given period.
It is a pitty, since it is a nice to have, for many audio projects. With that being requested, the Arranger Events in the editor could have more options for manipulations too (volume, pitch, playback direction etc.). Then the Arranger track will become a versatile tool.

Not sure where else I could address this? Maybe it will find an open ear @Steinberg some day. Thy
