Cut and glue tool don’t work in cubase 8.5
Computer and operating system:
OSX 10.11.2 on a iMac.

Cut tool:

  1. Draw a bar onto the arranger track
    2 .Select cut tool and cut bar. The bar doesn’t slice.

Glue tool:

  1. When draw separate bars onto the arranger track.
  2. Select a glue tool. The separate bars don;t come together.
