Hi, i search how we can add arrow like this example above for making chord voicing lead, thanks.

Use the lines tool with the attach to notehead option. It was added in version 3.5

Towards bottom of the right panel in Write mode you should find the Lines icon. You want a horizontal line, and before you input it you’ll want to ensure the settings at the top are set to notehead-attached (at both ends). Select the first notehead, Ctrl-click the second notehead then click on the relevant Line.
