Arrow tool within Sample Editor?

I must have been awake too many hours… I can’t seem to find the arrow tool in the sample editor. I had another engineer using the console and he was editing waveforms yesterday. Not that this has anything to do with my dilemma, but I am now unable to bring back the arrow tool. I can scrub, zoom, select a range, etc. but I can’t seem to edit hitpoints.

Am I going crazy?

Have you selected the Hitpoint tab in the Inspector?

No, I didn’t. That was it, thanks.
I had already created the hitpoints at one point and decided to go back and edit - didn’t realize that button had to be pressed. There doesn’t seem to be any reference to how to activate that little guy in the manual, either!
