Artist 10 - How to download installer only without 20 GB of junk?

I just bought Cubase Artist 10. Now I just need Cubase and the FX (MIDI and audio FX like MIDI Modifier, Reverb, Magneto, Grungelizer), but not all those synth, Halion, Groove Agent, …

How / where can I download the Cubase installer only without all those libraries, synth and bonus content?
The downloader only gives me the option to download 21GB, while Cubase itself is less then 1 GB as far as I know.
