I saw that there were several other post from the various version of cubase users, like myself I too get the error message each time i try to a mix-down. i looked for a response as to how to remedy this but did not see. all of the issue I’m experiencing started after i changed my hard drive and reinstall windows 10. because the Image would not load. so how can i get back to what i enjoy doing instead of constantly having deal with any further issue. Please and thank you in advance for the advice.

Thank for your reply to my post. i was able to figure out that it was because i was storing the mix-down file on my desk top instead of in the audio folder of the project.
