I just received my Arturia Keylab MK3. It works pretty well with Cubase 14 (after installing the dedicated script) but I just noticed that the 2 wheels (pitchbend and modulation) are inactive. in DAW mode.
However, they work normally in the other modes (Arturia and User) which makes me think maybe there is an assignment issue with the script?
I also contacted Arturia but I haven’t had a response yet. Has anyone encountered this problem or found a solution?
My previous keyboard (Keylab Essential MK3) worked as it was supposed to.
I had an answer from Arturia.
This is a firmware issue that should be fixed very soon.
In the meantime, here is a workaround for those who are interested.
→ This is a known issue indeed that should be fixed in the next firmware update, very sorry for that. It will be released very soon.
The issue is that the wheels and pads are sent to the wrong virtual port, the DAW one instead of the MIDI one.
→ You can workaround this issue by setting the DAW port in the Studio to ALL, as well as in the track. Even though it is not recommended to do that it can bring side effects.
The update will come soon to fix that.
