Arturia keylabMK2 controllers not working in Cubase 10 elements

I follow these exact instructions but cannot get any of the controllers apart from the keyboard itself, working. Using Arturia keylab61 with Cubase 10.5 Elements on Windows 10. It works fine with Cubase 7 elements on the same machine. I can see that moving a controller, including the transport controls, sends midi to Cubase but, with elements 10, nothing happens. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi,

I can see different MIDI Input port on the original Arturia screenshot.

Actually, if I’m right, there are 2 MIDI Ports in use on KeyLab. One is to send common MIDI CCs and other one is to send Mackie MIDI data. Please have a look, if you have other Arturia MIDI Port available.

Midi Input is called ‘MIDIN2(KeyLab mkII 61)’ and Midi output is ‘KeyLab mkII 61’

Hi,

Have KeyLab Essential 61 here. There is also a “DAW” MIDI Port. Do you have this one?
