As of 14.0.30 jog wheel of SSL UC-1 no longer moves cursor to the left

Hi. Have posted this on the Cubase Users group page on FB, as well as created a support ticket with Steinberg and SSL. (though I doing think it’s on their end)
Yes, the jog wheel on the UC-1 will only move the cursor to the right as of 14.0.30. Moving to the left does nothing, but does show midi activity.
Not sure if it’s confined to SSL, or all devices using Mackie Protocol. Does not occur in other DAWs

Hi,

It’s not on the SSL side. Any Remote Control using Mackie Control protocol is affected. Even Steinberg CC121 is affected.

You tell me you brought it in to the thread. And it is not effected the generic remotes.

I don’t know how the fact that CC121 is not in production anymore is related.

Generic Remote Devices are not affected (as far as I know).

Yes, I understood it’s not an SSL issue and I explained that to SSL in my support ticket. Only reason I asked them was if anyone else had reported it to them. Cheers!

Hi everyone

I have the same problem. I have the ICON QCON ProG2. What I’ve noticed is that the wheel moves forward, but you can only go back to the next bar

I will rais now a support ticket with steinberg to have an investigation analyzing. I am sure it is just a new setting somewhere
