I am currently operating as an individual and have not yet established a company.
Can an individual developer enter into the ASIO SDK Licensing Agreement as the Licensee?
If so, how should the “Company or Organization” section be completed?
I may establish a company in the future and would like to know whether the license can subsequently be assigned or transferred to that company.

This is a user forum, so you probably won’t get a useful answer, unless someone from Steinberg is monitoring the forum and can answer your question.
Apart from the name and logo, Steinberg ASIO technology is available in open source form under a GNU General Public License, version GPLv3.
Yes, I have contacted Steinberg by email, but unfortunately I haven’t received a response yet. That’s why I thought I would also ask here.
Thank you for the information. However, at the moment, I am not interested in distributing my software as open source. I intend to keep my application’s source code proprietary, so the GPLv3 version of the ASIO SDK is unfortunately not suitable for my project.
Maybe I will consider making it open source in the future, as that is always an option.
