Assign shortcuts for self-created playing techniques

I’ve created some position commands for Guitar playing techniques.

How can I assign keyboard commands to these self-created characters?

In Preferences > Keycommands > Note input > Create Playing Technique.

I think you first need to save these playing techniques as default by clicking the star, so that they appear in the Preferences.

Yes – the contents of the dropdown are built from the “Popover text” values in the Playing Techniques dialog.

In the Playing Technique dialog, you can choose the popover text:
