Assign UNDO to midi controller?

Is there a way to assign undo to a midi controller? I have the M-Audio ProjectMix I/O and would love to be able to not have to reach for CTRL Z. I’ve looked up and down the settings and on this forum and can’t find any reference to it.
I am also considering using V-Control Pro as it seems to have a single UNDO button.

I never found a way to do this.
I ended up buying a Elgato Stream Deck for this type of thing.
