How does one assign the parameters of the VSTi controlled by the VST (as apposed to Track) Quick Controls?

EDIT: AND, I seem to remember some way to exchange the Track and VST quick control assignments . . but have now lost same . . . was I dreaming?
EDIT 2: I’m wondering if every possible parameter comes up on the multiple pages there and I just have to use the RCE to get the ones I want on a single page. Doesn’t seem like there are enough parameters listed, though.
