Assistance with Cubase Activation Issue please

Dear Steinberg Technical Support Team,

I am Kang Jiatong, a long-term user of Cubase. I am currently facing a very difficult activation problem that is severely affecting my normal use, and I am writing to seek your help and a solution.

When using the Cubase Activation Manager APP, I found that I am unable to revoke the activation on this machine. When I attempted to delete the unavailable computer in the cloud management, the system prompted “This operation is not available. Please contact the administrator.” This situation has put me in a difficult position. I have three available activation locations, but two of them cannot be deleted due to previous issues. Now, because I need to reset my Windows system, and each system reset consumes one activation code. I am about to reset my system again, and if so, I will face the situation of having no available activations.

Cubase is extremely crucial for my music composition work. Whether it is composing, arranging, or mixing, I highly rely on this software. Now, the appearance of the activation problem has greatly hindered my work process, causing the project progress to be delayed and bringing me a lot of inconvenience and losses.

I have already tried many conventional solutions on my own, such as checking the network connection, reinstalling the Activation Manager APP, etc., but none of them have been able to solve the problem. I understand that there may be some complex technical reasons or permission settings that have led to the current situation, but I am really unable to solve it by myself.

I sincerely hope that you can assist me in solving this activation problem as soon as possible and help me restore the normal usage rights of Cubase, avoiding the embarrassing situation of being unable to use the software due to the depletion of activation codes. I will be very grateful for your support and help and look forward to your reply and solution.

Thank you for taking the time to handle my problem!

Best regards,

Kang Jiatong
