Assistance with expired Dorico Pro 4 Trial please?

Hey there guys, I’m sorry to post this here but Yamaha Australia isn’t getting back to me at all and I know there are lots of lovely and helpful people here.

I started a Dorico Pro 4 trial a while ago, but had some pretty major family dramas that started soon after with my mum being admitted to hospital for the better part of a month.

As such, I didn’t really get to try out the software during my trial period. I was wondering if it would be possible to remove the expired trial license from my account so I can start a fresh trial when things settle down in future?
