Asus ROG M16 i9 12900H 16Gb DDR5 and Elements 12

So I bought a new laptop yesterday in the hopes of putting my 15 year old desktop in the trash. So I moved all my files over loaded up Elements 12. Now my sound works on everything else but Cubase. I’ve checked and rechecked the drivers, making sure the input and output are selected, etc. however any time I try to start a new project and created new tracks and try and play them I get nothing at all. I’m at a loss. Any tips or help would be appreciated, thank you.

What ASIO driver do you use?

Windows 11 Home and Realtek aiso drivers

I didn’t think Realtek had ASIO drivers.
Try using ASIO4All driver instead. It’s a popular, generic ASIO driver.

Loaded it up and selected it as the output and still no audio. I’m at a loss any other suggestions?

Got it figured out, I’m an idiot! My AudioBox USB wasn’t staying plugged in due to a bad cable.
