Clef changes before and after a repeat. If I solve the Clef issue at a repeat in the way it belongs and still get a Proofreading comment. See the two screen prints.
If you’re running Dorico 6.2, this is the kind of situation that can be handled automatically by the new options on the Repeats page of Layout Options.
