Audible "click" on crossfade fade-In start - Nuendo 14

Hello everyone,

I’m staring to use Nuendo 14, and noticed that when I make asymmetrical cross-fades on audio events, if I start a fade in before the start of the fade out of the other audio event in the same track (I’m cross-fading around 20 audio events), I hear a click, no matter what kind of fade in I use, or the length of it! very disturbing in this music, as it is acoustic choir and old music in church acoustics. Any help from the DEVS in a future, hopefully fast, update, would be greatly appreciated. Or anyone that would know if there is something I can do in the settings to avoid this!
I’m using a Macbook Pro M1 pro computer running macOS Sequoia version 15.3.2

Did you use any kind of ARA processing on the affected audio events, by any chance? I get this when working with ARA-melodyned vocals (in Nuendo 12, though).
