I have still the problem in VST Live 3.0.36 that the Audio is not synchronized with the video when I am importing a mp4 file:
I always have to manually shift the audio track backwards (see screenshot) so that it stays in sync with the video.
Is this a bug or what could this be…? Thanks for your help and best wishes!
I confirm, some 15 frames should be moved forward. And when it’s aligned, it looks like it stays in sync on the other end of a half-hour video.
We are trying to chase this bug that has been reported elsewhere. Are you on Mac or Windows? Could you send the video file for us to test? Thanks you!

I am on Windows 11.
It happens with ALL my mp4.-files at the moment… (Unfortunately the video is too big to send here…)

What I confirmed, was on version 3.0.36. Now I opened the same project in 3.0.37 and video and audio are in sync with Metronome.
I made a 3 minute video file with TimeCode and Sound. I tested VST Live 3 with it and everything is okay. If you want, I can share that project with video and audio so we can check the synchronization in the same way.

What could be causing this?
We found the problem. It doesn’t always occur, hard to find. Should be fixed with the next update, sorry for the inconvenience.
