Audio CD Report Ghosted

I’m creating some files for lacquer cutting and need to generate a text report. But for some reason, even after entering CD Text, the “Generate Audio CD Report” button is ghosted, and can’t be selected from the CD burning tab of my montage. How do I un-ghost it and make it generate text? Help!

MacBook Pro 2.2 GHz Quad-Core, 4GB RAM, 1TB HD

Close the montage and open it. It won’t be a problem on this montage anymore. This only happens when you first build the montage with CD marks.
