Audio Distortion while playing

Hello all
I just upgrade cubase 5 to 11 and have some issues.

When I import audio file there is distortion and in the mixer I can see unstable miter going +3db up and down.

There is no problem in Midi tracks - the sound is clean.

My sound card is 003 digi design firewire.

In windows there is no issue with the sound

I also noticed this the sound is horrible

I loaded up an empty audio track and the meter was going as if i had something loaded on that track … bleeding through but when I solo i… there’s no sound???
