Audio editor draws wrong placement of waveform

Have latest N11 update, the audio editor (lower zone and floating window) have the waveform misplaced ,like in the pic attached.
its a known issue in N11 or C11 ? any solution ?!
the transient on the project window( where the cursor placed), is on bar 21, and on the audio editor the same transient in drawn late (the audio is played ok) and of course when performing hitpoint detection all hitpoints are detected wrong in the waveform !!!
