Hi @JMT53 , then let’s do it the long way:
Do a Spotlight search for Terminal.app and launch that, a small window will open.
The script file from me that you’ve unzipped, please move it to your Desktop.
In the Terminal window copy and paste following line:
chmode +x ~/Desktop/CreateDoricoDiagnosticsReport.sh
and press the enter/return key.
Then comes the next line, copy and paste
~/Desktop/CreateDoricoDiagnosticsReport.sh
and again press the return/enter key. The script shall run then for a few seconds and output a new zip file on your Desktop. That is the one I need.
