In Cubase 14 Pro, all audio events in the project window in all my projects have suddenly appeared as if they are about 30db higher than they are, with the result that waveforms just appear as a solid block. The waveforms display fine in the event editor. The events also display correctly in C15 Pro (which I am not using yet due to incompatibility with Arturia plug-ins). I’ve uploaded screenshots from C14 (first one) and C15. Things were fine until last week, and I cannot think what could have changed. I can’t see anything in preferences to cause this. I am using Cubase on a 4K laptop with a 4K monitor - changing the HDPI settings (in Cubase or Windows) doesn’t change anything. Can anyone help? Thanks!

I am not sure whether it is the same cause, but it may be relevant, so I’m including it here: many plug-ins are not displaying correctly either, such as the Arturia V collection. You open them once, and they occupy the bottom quarter of the window; open them again, and they occupy the whole window, but they keep moving so they are partially outside the screen.
