Audio Export - No Progress Bar when using export queue

I don’t know if this is just me. Individual audio exort: progress bar. Export Queue - no progress bar.

I brought this up when V14 came out. As far as I can tell, it isn’t going to change. There hasn’t been update on my thread.

Hm. Inconsistent and a bit annoying. :wink:

I’ve only just started using the export queue, and I’ve been using Nuendo since v1… but it needs the feedback IMHO. Exports also need to go “ping” when done! :slight_smile:

So you’re not seeing the Little green progress bar at all on any Export Queues?

OK. So that’s interesting… are you saying I am missing it? When you do a basic export a modal window opens with a progress bar. Your comment suggests it displays in a different way for queues and that I am missing something obvious (but perhaps inconsistent?).

I will look a again later… and indeed consult the manual again.

Hi Mark

Yes, in the Export Queue section there is a green progress bar which appears to the furthest right for each file rendering and disappears once file has completed. So best to tick ‘keep dialogue open’ for Queue rendering and you can see progress there directly.

OK, you win. I was just assuming a progress bar window would open as with a single export. I never noticed that little progress display down there. Makes sense I suppose. But, as I say, inconsistent. Perhaps there should be a progress bar in that window for single export as well. Then it really would make sense. :smiley:

Yeah, that would be ideal, who knows what changes will be made down the line…..
