Audio files no longer saved in the Project folder

Hi everyone,

I’m having a strange issue with VST Live 3, 3.0.59 .

Until recently, audio files were being stored in the audio folder inside the current Project folder, as expected.

Then, suddenly, this behavior changed. Now VST Live is storing audio files in the Local Assets Folder instead of the current Project folder.

I have Store Assets In Project Folder enabled, but it doesn’t seem to make any difference.

I’ve been trying to figure out what changed and how to correct it, but so far I haven’t been able to.

How can I make VST Live store audio files in the current Project’s audio folder again?

Thanks for any help.

… welcome, @Jorge_Eduardo_Palma,

Hm, I guess we need to investigate your settings. Let’s start here

What is your “Default location”? Is it ticked?

Thank you,
Michael.

Have you checked in preferences, if import of files is checked?

Thank you for your reply. I’ve already resolved the issue. I realized that I needed to select the “Prompt for Project Location” option. Everything is working correctly now. Thanks¡
