Hi - I found a nice video by Greg Ondo on replacing tempo maps (using track versions). He only had MIDI tracks though, and I’m wondering if I have audio tracks I also want to follow the new tempo what settings I should do for them?

Yes please, to make sure the start of the Audio Events will move with the Tempo changes.
