audio from timeline to media bay

ok, when u have audio on the timeline, that you recorded, or sliced or whatever.
is the only way to locate it on the HD ( if you want to move it to your samples folder, organize it,)
is to go to the project folder in media bay ? ( after you wrote down the name of that sample )
no just dragging it to media bay to folder of your choice?
no “show in media bay” command?
no “show in explorer command”?

hope im missing something cause thats stone age

There is a command Audio/Find selected in Pool.
You can drag and drop from Pool to a folder in Mediabay.
