I was wondering if you guys could recommend an audio interface for a Window laptop.
I have my eyes on TASCAM US-4x4 at the present. Is that a good unit?

Tascam is not known for their good drivers.
RME is always a good choice, but also more expensive, you get what you pay for.

I’m happy with my UR242, that I use with my laptop. The drivers/performance are ok, not RME territory. Importantly there are driver updates when windows10 updates are breaking stuff.
I like the sound of the Steinberg/Yamaha interfaces, they are a solid choice.
