I just purchased the upgrade to 14. Still have the same problem. I believe it is the yamaha ASIO program but I can find no support from anyone.

I have the same problem with the Yamaha AG03. I tested the interface with a laptop and it works perfectly fine. I’ve tried almost everything: turning off the ‘Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power’ option for every USB port, changing some BIOS settings, switching cables, and nothing works.

I resolved my problem this way: disabled PCI express->Link State Power Management in Power Options window. Latency became normal, and dropouts disappeared.

Did you make the usb power management tweak in the thread ClarkParker linked a few posts back?
Also in Windows power scheme advanced settings you should disable “usb selective suspend”
