However is not recorded despite the big meter it works but not on the audio track

I was trying with another computer and…surprise I cannot use it
Download assistant, dongle is not working and could be normal because I suppose the licence is for only one computer.
Means I have to fix this issue

before with this “strange configuration” double stereo bus was working very well.
Suddenly stopped working.
Seems a file has been corrupted.
I have no idea what was the issue which corrupted this file.
As per the experience I did, trying another computer, was not working because was blocked by Steinberg, if I uninstall all Cubase product which I have the licence and re- install them, could you believe would be a possible solution of my issue?
Could someone from Steinberg can have access to my computer and check what happen?
Do you believe I have to change sound card?
Am ready to buy another one ( hoping then it works)

Contacted Microsoft assistance
She checked whole my computer and everything is ok
Either we did a restore fully installation windows 10.
Unfortunately the issue still there
Tomorrow I will check with another sound card Mix table Yamaha 01V96i
If it works then the issue will be fixed with another sound card.
If not then the issue is C14 pro which I hope Steinberg will fix it.

Sorry, we still don’t see the routing here. Also, what is the selected track about? Please also disable all the Solo state.

I don’t think there is anything wrong with your computer, your OS, your hardware, your Cubase or anything really. I think you just haven’t figured out how signal routing works in Cubase. Which is cool, because non of us were born with this knowledge, we all had to learn it at some point.
So, here might be your solution.
Select the audio track, open the drop down menu for its input routing and select Rack Instrument - HS Main.
Alternatively you could also just right-click on the MIDI part and use Render in Place from the context menu.

Thank you so much for your dedication on my issue.
As said am now with another installation picture here
C14 I am using always the same routing which was working until 10 November when the audio issue went out.
Same midi file, same external instrument Genos but only difference is mix table 09 V96 i ISO SSL2+
Start the recording audio of this midi file which I always did without any issues.
The audio track recorded, I can see the wave on the track but still the issue, I can hear only noises cracks .
So, I did another test with C13
Same configuration, same routing, same midi sources and team, surprise,
EVERYTHING WORKS WELL
Because my home village is at 140 km from Toulouse I believe could be useful to make a video with audio on YouTube and give you the opportunity to see what happen
As per here below it’s my opinion the issue is when I work with C14.
I did another test, the project did with C14 saved as *.cpr and opened it with C13: On C14 wasn’t working, only noise, while on C13 was working well
I don’t know what could be next
P.S. I did the same routing on C14 and C13, I don’t believe between both versions C13 and C14 something changed on the routing.

All my test showed clear that some files on C14 are corrupted.
Could you please have a procedure to uninstall FULLY C14 on my computer?
I tried to uninstall and reinstall it but may be wasn’t uninstalled correctly.
