Audio mix down chipmunks help!

Okay my stereo master in Cubase Elements 7 is 96khz 24 bit and I want to export to cd 44.1 / 16 bit.

Sounds like chipmunks when i use dither and audio mix down route.

Please help.

I have 20 files to convert urgently.

You need to change the soundcard- / system samplerate for playback also.
