Audio mix down of 48 khz - 24 bit project

Hi,

I did some recording in 48 khz - 24 bit. It seems no matter how I try to export the audio mix down the pitch is completely wrong. How to export this?

Where do you playback the file then? Are you sure, the playback device is set to 48 kHz too?
