When you export a mono track selected(checked off) on the list at the left, and you have the track panned right or left, does this screw up the track when it’s imported into a new arrangement. In other words, what is affected when doing this export. Thanks.
Let me make it simple. Does panning go down with a mono audio mixdown?
What would be more simple that trying it out yourself and telling us the results?
ask someone else to do it for you and being told the result… 
That would be fun to know one way or another, just out of interest. Sometimes I read the posts just for general useful info, and don’t try all the issues out on CB myself.
