I opened ableton while working in cubase and cubase asked to change the project sample rate even though both are at 48k, I definitely hit the wrong option because audio was out of sync and vocal tracks with variaudio had the formant changing randomly. I managed to undo the project being out of tune and time by reanylyzing all variaudio tracks and made absolutely sure to save the project in a fixed state.
Much to my dismay after reopening the project multiple OTHER tracks are out of time that were fine before, some have their pitch changed by a semitone even though there’s no pitch shifting on the track settings.
