Hello, all dear forum members.
I have a serious problem with audio performance.
I recently purchased cubase pro 10 and noticed that during projects and loading midi tracks, stability problems and audio problems start.
I did a small test and loaded an empty project, and although there were no tracks in it, the audio indicators show such values as in the attached picture. And what if I load several paths. 
Please help me how to eliminate these problems or is it a question of DAW?
Is a PC?
Could a sound card?
My specification is:
- Focusrite Scarlet 2i4 USB
- PC: I7 -7700 K 4.2 ghz, 16 GB RAM, windows 10 x64
- Cubase 10 pro
- All plugins and programs with full licenses
