Audio processing max out with Komplete Kontrol VST

Hi

I am running Cubase Pro 8 with Komplete Ultimate 10 and Komplete Kontrol on Wondows 8. When I add Komplete Kontrol a an instrument track the audio processing meter on the Transport panel sporadically maxes out and I hear lots of clicks and pops. If I use Komplete Ultimate without Kontrol (i.e. Just load MASSIVE as an instrument track) it works fine.

This may be more of an NI issue but has anybody had similar problems?

Did you ever figure this out? I am having the same issue with Reaktor. I load 2 VST’s and it messes it all up.
