Audio slicing via hit points not working properly!!

Does anyone else have this problem? I found that the audio warping quantizing with IQ is good for some things but not everything. I find slicing after hit points and quantizing to be the better option. Was just wondering why every time try I to slice up my audio after fixing my hit points, it moves the slices randomly all over the place! And on top of that the gaps are huge! Is this a bug? It used to work fine in Cubase 6.
