Will Cubase create a midi file from an audio file? Either that or will the music scorer create notation from an audio track?
I have to notate a piano part from an audio file and I’d like to use the score in Cubase to do so.

I do this so infrequently I don’t know the exact commands. But you can do this in the Sample Editor. There’s a section in the manual called Extracting MIDI from Audio for details. Don’t expect perfection.
