Cubase 14 pro latest version C14.0.40 build 369 (x64).

I worked on this same audio event a couple of days ago and audio warp was working fine.
Today when I drag the yellow markers I can move the graphic ok (moves ok) but the sound doesn’t move at all.
I don’t know whether it’s relevant, but the waveform inthe upper/project window looks weird (the graphic for the moved section is only above the horizontal centre line rather than centred). Please see my video to see what I mean.
The clip name is the same in the lower window as the upper (project) window= ‘temp Guitar_11’ so it is the same event I’m working on. I first tried editing directly in the project window and it presented the same issue.
I’ve shutdown my PC and restarted and made all windows and Cubase 14 pro updates and that didn’t fix the problem.
All ideas welcome please🙏
I suspect this is connected to the fact this is a part not an event so maybe you have overlapped events in the part and you’re warping the one that’s not in front and playing.
Thanks for your prompt reply Grim. I suspected that also but the part is bounced and therefore there is only 1 whole part in lane 1 - no other lanes are occupied.
Is there another way to see what part I could be working on if not that one?
I just tried rendering the event into a new track and audio warp works on that track which sort of confirms what you’ve assumed but I’m confused as to how to prove our theory given all of the aforementioned re lanes and having bounced.
At least I have a work around!
I won’t tick this as solved in case someone can advise specifically how to identify the cause/mistake.

I didn’t think a part could be bounced without making it an event…..though I’m not a part user so maybe I’m wrong. If it’s a single event why does it need to be a part at all? You could dissolve it and see if things become any clearer.
EDIT….OK forget all that, I’m not sure it is a part at all is it….I was thrown by the low res vid a bit and thought I saw a border but not sure there is.
