On the main project page, the audio file has a “block” around it and I am not able to edit it or use variaudio. It’s as though it is locked. Any suggestions on how to get it back to normal?
Bit hard to tell from your description. Any chance you can post a screenshot?
Maybe your “audio file” has become a part? If so, use Audio->Dissolve Part.
