Hallo, die Audioausgabe bei Dorico 5 funktioniert auf meinem MacBookPro leider plötzlich nicht mehr.
Die bisher hier zu findenden Lösungswege bringen auch nichts.
Die VST-Einstellungen habe ich bereits auf Werkseinstellungen zurückgesetzt und der Aktivitätenmonitor zeigt auch keine VST-Aktivitäten vor dem Start von Dorico. Wer kann helfen?

Then please create a new project from piano template, enter some arbitrary notes and check if sound comes out. Then choose from Dorico’s menu Help > Create Diagnostic Report. The corresponding zip file post here, please. Thanks

And if you switch to Built-in Audio there is also no sound?
From the log data and so on everything looks normal.
And by the way, you are a bit out of date, there is Dorico 5.1.81 available. I don’t think that it will have an impact on the sound issue you have, but I would update to the latest version (and it’s a free update, you can just download and install)
Right, no sound at all even from „built in audio". And only in Dorico. VLC-Player plays music normal.
Please choose from Dorico’s menu Edit > Device Setup and in the dialog that pops up click on the Device Control Panel button. Does a little window appear that looks like following:
If yes, are the output ports activated like shown (green circled)?
The output was not activated, but after activating it, it remains silent…
Just in this moment the audio signal reappears! Seemingly, it took a moment to get activated. Thanks for your help!
