I’m having major 2 factor connection problems, I no longer have the Steinberg account on my Google or Windows auth, so I can no longer connect, to solve the problem, you have to be connected, it’s the snake who is biting his tail, I have no way to resolve this problem, I called telephone support, they made me wait more than 10 minutes and did not answer the phone.
For online support, you must be connected so it is impossible to contact them via my main account.
In order to ask for help here I had to open a new account, I hope someone among you can help me as support is not responding either.
