I fired up Dorico 6.2.20 this morning and was met with all the features being locked as if in demo mode. I launched the Steinberg Authorization Manager, everything was authorized as it should be. Reopened Dorico and it was fine, all unlocked. This is the first time this has happened in over a year with Dorico. Anomaly? Bug? Gremlins? Running Mac OS 14.7.6

I won’t bother if it’s just an incident. If it’s more regular, I would try to think what could have happened, and create a diagnostic file to upload
If you have unintentionally pressed Ctrl(Cmd) while launching Dorico, it will have opened Dorico SE (the free limited version), which switches to the Read Only mode if you have too many instruments, for example. It could be a reason!
That’s good info to know, but I’m sure that’s not it. I double clicked a file to open it.
