Having to add a new send, turn it on and adjust it’s level to lots of tracks is a major drawback to the totally free system we currently have.
I’d love to see the option of having auto connected sends, where the FX slots and the associated sends from tracks are fixed - exactly as it is on a console.
Create FX 1 Reverb.
All currently created and future created tracks have Send 1 set to this Reverb.
Create FX 2 Delay.
All currently created and future created tracks have Send 2 set to this Delay.
Create FX 3 Chorus
All currently created and future created tracks have Send 3 set to this Chorus.
However I’m sure many people love the totally free floating system like we have now - especially those doing sound design or using the Control Room, so I’d therefore be more than happy to see this as an option.
