There’s a lot of A.I. software that analyses audio data and is pretty accurate at determining the BPM, Key, Instrument etc, but nothing like this in Cubase, and it’s a laborious task. Even if Cubase just used the file names to try to organises them, if a sample text includes “125”, “108”, “Am”, “Bass loop” it’s pretty obvious what that means.

You can buy commercial software that does exactly this. But don’t get scared about the price, they want real money for it. To analyze the files is not enough. To organize them is the real task.
Did you ever hear about tags?
The Media Bay uses tags and a database to make your files accessible.
But it doesn’t do it automatically.
Hi st10ss.
Do you have some names of those pieces of software please?
Yeah I know how to catalogue with Mediabay, it’s just really time consuming and cumbersome
